Still working on this – currently am creating a spreadsheet with 1.2 million Rows in LibreOffice Calc – as this program cannot handle this size of spreadsheet (not that any alternative program could), I have broken the information / calculations into several spreadsheets (of about 400,000 rows each).
Completing the spreadsheets – will be a while. They are each about 65Mb in size, which is not the biggest spreadsheet I have created in Calc. However the complexity and size of 2 of the formulae (columns) in this spreadsheet of 24 active calculating columns is pushing it.
Then when the spreadsheets are created/finished, I will be analysing the results for sequences and pattern forming. This will take longer, part of the problem being the addition of further analysis formulae will tend to push Calc to limits. Hopefully I can find a way to avoid lock-ups and crashes.
